About Our Client:

My client is a medium sized multi-service law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients. The firm has multiple Legal 500 departments, including in residential property, and has offices across London.



Position Overview: My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.



Key Responsibilities:

Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files

Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.



Qualifications + Experience:


. At least a 2:1 Bachelors of La

. At least 1-year of experience supporting residential property solicitors

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential property.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to assist on a diverse caseload.

Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
