- Manage a busy patent docket, including drafting, filing, and prosecution.
- Provide due diligence support for corporate transactions and assist with litigation.
- Engage in oral proceedings before the EPO.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various legal and technical disciplines.
- A strong academic background in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- A Master's and/or PhD in a relevant field, along with industry experience.
- Single qualification as either a UK or European Patent Attorney, working toward dual qualification; or recently dual-qualified or dual-qualified within the last two years.
- Self-motivated and proactive in developing knowledge of IP law and patent prosecution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience working under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and effectiveness in teamwork, coupled with strong communication skills.
