Property Litigation Locum Solicitor - London

A reputable and growing private practice firm in London is looking for assistance from a Property Litigation Locum Solicitor.

The requirement is due to start ASAP, for an on-going period whilst the firm are in the process of recruiting on a permanent basis.

The caseload consists of property litigation matters including but not limited to landlord & tenants disputes,possession claims, right to manage dispute claims, party wall, right to light and real property disputes etc.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years experience of handling a full property litigation caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
