This position would suit an attorney with a technical background in a Biotechnology related discipline, to work in a prominent Life Sciences team. Previous exposure to, or a knowledge of and willingness to work on, the following matters would be advantageous:

  • Patent drafting and prosecution

  • Opinion work (patentability and freedom to operate)
  • Due diligence
