Details:

Title: Resales Consultant
Salary: 26.37 per hour (Inside IR35)
Location: Central London
Contract: Interim - 6 months.

Key Duties:

* Handle customer enquiries (by telephone, email, post) in a professional and supportive manner, displaying product knowledge.
* Log all customer contacts, maintaining accurate records using the appropriate database and case management systems relating to shared ownership resales.
* Effectively manage resales and staircasing caseload and achieve or exceed individual targets.
* Ensure that all activities are progressed in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Support customers during the resale process by providing effective advice on legal matters, procedures, keeping customers regularly updated.
* Provide effective advice and interpretation of leases, relevant legislation, and leasehold issues to internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and internal departments to progress cases to exchange and completion in a timely manner.
* Prepare weekly pipeline reports, ensuring performance standards are met, progress is charted, and procedures are complied with.
* Stay up to date with technical knowledge and legislation relevant to shared ownership resales and staircasing, including Homes England capital funding guidelines.
* Ensure that customer data is held in strict compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and best practice across the team.
