Creative Account Manager - Media Agency - London (Hybrid) - £35-38k

The Agency

This agency, part of one of the largest media networks, focuses on innovative solutions that allow brands to create real-time, data-driven personalized ads, optimizing for their campaign KPIs. The team includes specialists such as creatives, developers, designers, analysts, technicians, and client service managers, collaborating with global brands across sectors like automotive, FMCG, and finance, among others!

The Role

You will be working with a world-renowned airline brand and sit within the Accounts team within the agency, working across stakeholder management, driving client strategies, team development, commercial management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships to ensure client retention.
  • Recognize client needs and discover business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Achieve high client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and suggest new processes or workflows.
  • Support sales teams in enhancing performance and achieving targets.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the business, its offerings, competitors, and industry trends.

About You

  • Positive mindset, enthusiastic about tackling challenges and quick to learn new tasks
  • Over 3 years of experience in account management in a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Proven experience working with clients on extensive creative production across display, social, DOOH, and video channels.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple large account portfolios.
  • Excellent skills in customer service and project management.
