Job Title: Creative Asset Manager / Project Manager

Location: Hybrid- 2/3 in London, rest from home

About the Role: A key clietn of ours in the retail / ecom space are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Asset Manager / Project Manager to join a fast-growing in-house creative studio. In this key role, you will support the management, storage, and distribution of digital and physical creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and various initiatives across EMEA markets. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and other teams to ensure all assets are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Organisation & Management:

    • Implement and maintain a comprehensive system for cataloging and storing creative assets, including images and artwork files.
    • Ensure assets are easily accessible and well-organized for use across the creative team and EMEA markets.
  • Workflow Coordination:

    • Manage the intake, processing, and distribution of assets from the global server to the EMEA markets.
    • Ensure timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns and product launches, as outlined in creative briefs.
  • Quality Control:

    • Collaborate with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Managers to conduct audits, ensuring assets are current, relevant, and meet quality standards.
    • Enforce brand guidelines across all assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Vendor & License Management:

    • Oversee the retrieval of stock images, videos, and third-party content from vendors like Shutterstock.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and copyright regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Graphic Design, Library Science/Asset Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital asset management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency or in-house environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with asset management systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Workfront, Wrike).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and the role of creative assets in marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
