Creative Strategist Location: UK RemoteLength: Start Asap – End Date 31/12/2025Rate: £32.21 - £36.06 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am-6pm About roleCome and be part of the team that is leading the industry in social and content marketing in a rapidly changing media and tech landscape. As a Regional Creative Strategist, you are responsible for pitching and developing engaging social-first campaigns for Our Client's global channels and building scalable content series that tie back to company priorities and goals. You’ll create and write best-in-class content that educates, entertains, informs, and inspires consumers and shows them the opportunity across Our Client’s family of apps and services. As an in-house Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for articulating and executing one-of-a-kind ideas. You live and breathe social, have impeccable taste, are highly creative, and your project management and people skills combined enable you to bring to life social content and experiences optimized for engagement and channel growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced storyteller, organized, prioritizes effectively, and thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for pitching and producing 2 to 4 social posts a week (Reels, Stories, Threads, Carousels… etc) that will drive organic engagement and channel growth
  • Deliver compelling treatments, scripts, storyboards and decks
  • Some travel to shoots on location and/or with creators 
  • Work with external and internal production agencies to communicate vision, guide execution, and ensure on-brand delivery of assets at a high level of quality
  • Ensure that our content is made on time and by copyright laws
  • Seek out and pitch ideas and opportunities to expand the impact and cultural relevance of the Client brand
  • Have a strong creative pulse on up-and-coming social trends and research techniques that people are using to author, develop, and create content across different platforms
  • Partner with creatives/contributors in the respected region to help source stories, topics, and approaches that resonate with our audiences
  • Analyses data to inform creative decision-making about individual creative and long-term strategy
Essential Qualifications: 
  • 3 to 6 years’ experience as a Creator or Content Strategist 
  • English speaking (additional languages are a plus)
  • A link to an online portfolio/social account showcasing relevant work (EG Reels, carousels, social video, Threads, etc…)
  • Demonstrated mastery of storytelling through social video 
  • Experience collaborating with and guiding the work of designers, copywriters, creators, etc
  • Demonstrated experience creating work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the experience communicating complex, sometimes abstract, concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Ideal candidate will be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, or equivalent software fluently
