YourResponsibilities

Inthisrole,you'llmanagethedesignprocessfromconceptthroughtocompletion,coordinatingbetweenarchitects,engineers,contractors,andotherstakeholders.You'llreviewtechnicaldrawingsandspecificationstoidentifypotentialconflicts,chairdesignteammeetings,andmaintaindesignprogrammestoensuretimelydelivery.Thepositioninvolvestrackingdesignchanges,implementingqualitycontrolmeasures,andcommunicatingeffectivelywithprojectteamstoresolvedesignissuespromptly.

YourBackground

Theidealcandidatewillhavepreviousexperienceindesigncoordinationwithintheconstructionindustry,preferablyonmajorcommercialorresidentialdevelopments.Youshouldhaveadegreeinarchitecture,engineering,constructionmanagementorarelatedfield.Strongtechnicalknowledgeofconstructionmethodologiesandbuildingregulationsisessential,asisexperiencewithBIMandCADsoftware.Yourcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskillsshouldbeexceptional.
