Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital recruitment campaigns across email, social media, and the website to attract and inspire new members.
- Create captivating content—from copy and visuals to videos—that showcases the value of membership.
- Research and target new audiences, developing tailored campaigns and strategies to re-engage former members.
- Be the go-to contact for potential members, delivering exceptional customer service across emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Use CRM systems like Salesforce and analytics tools such as Power BI to track performance, evaluate success, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Person Specification:
- A proven track record in creating engaging digital and social media content, including newsletters, videos, and graphics.
- Outstanding copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive materials for diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in inspiring and persuading others through conversation or public speaking.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Canva—or the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Â
