Our client, a successful Artist Management company representing iconic indie/pop artists is seeking an adaptable Digital Content & Team Assistant. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and creative but happy to roll up their sleeves and help the team out generally.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing graphic design and content creation for Artist Campaigns which include artwork, show posters, flyers, marketing and promotional materials. • Creating visually appealing presentations for meetings.• Analysis and sharing digital intelligence, trends, and reporting to the team. • Working with social media agencies for major record label projects. • Undertaking social media management for select Artist channels. • Copywriting for social media and mailers/CRM/Direct to Fan communication. • Overseeing Paid Campaigns with other team members. • Supporting the Day-to-Day Managers across campaigns, shows, content shoots, day sheets, diaries and administration. • Administering digital assets. • Uploading videos and audio to digital platforms. • Optimising videos for digital platforms.• Disseminating promotional materials and assets in support of the campaign team’s administration needs.• Maintaining accurate metadata within systems. • Preparing agendas for meetings, participating in virtual meetings, and taking and circulating notes. • Inputting data into the release schedule. • Serving as the front of house with visitors. • Ensuring the meeting room is presentable. • Serving as a point of contact for deliveries. • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the digital world. • High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop essential.• Previous experience/internships in a digital/music/social media business essential.• Professional experience with content creation or social media management. • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Canva, Keynote or PowerPoint. • Experience using Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or other video editing programs is desirable. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management skills and attention to detail. • Creative problem-solving skills. • A genuine passion for music. • Up to date knowledge of social media trends, companies, and applications.
