Job Title: Senior Project Director
Location: UK - Fully RemoteContract Type: Freelance, 10 months
Salary on offer - up to £80k pro rata for the 10 monthsTimezone: GMT (working with EST and GST teams so you will be responsible for managing your own 8 hour day according to any calls etc)
One of our key clients, a brilliant agency is looking to hire a Senior Project Director role to oversee the successful execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects for a leading global enterprise software company. The position operates within a complex environment, managing multiple concurrent projects that span areas such as paid social, content syndication, dynamic display, video, and paid search. The role requires expertise in global project management and the ability to work across different teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic vision across global accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
- Manage the delivery of global enterprise product projects while maintaining high client satisfaction and quality.
- Proactively address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure the flawless execution of creative initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and clients, offering strategic advice and resolving complex needs.
- Partner with global stakeholders to plan and execute cross-functional campaigns, with an emphasis on digital marketing.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and commercial teams to meet client needs with innovative production solutions.
- Oversee the localisation and transcreation of content across multiple languages.
- Optimise workflows for task prioritisation, management, approval processes, and quality control.
- Report on project status to executive management and key stakeholders.
- Manage budget, resources, and profitability of projects.
- Scope new projects and develop associated budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans.
- Digest client briefs and manage communication with the relevant creative teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in producing digital projects such as videos, websites, apps, or dynamic digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing process and creative production.
- Familiarity with digital creative platforms such as Display & Video 360 and GMP Studio.
- Expertise in paid social media advertising formats.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Basecamp.
- Experience with financial modeling for integrated and digital campaigns.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in managing dynamic digital campaigns.
- Understanding of creative production timelines.
