Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Analyst

Sterling Williams are working alongside an International Bank based in the West End who are actively hiring for a Credit Analyst to sit in their Business Development team with a focus on commercial Real Estate. This is a newly created opportunity for a candidate with excellent credit analysis, and CRE asset class experience.

Salary circa £60,000 pa plus benefits

West End of London based

4 days in the office, with 1 day from home

The purpose of this role is to prepare the credit paper for all commercial real estate transactions for submission to the Credit team. Complete annual reviews for CRE transactions and relationships, whilst managing the completion process with internal and external stakeholders. Alongside the following:

  • Resolve any queries from the Credit team in regards to these submissions.
  • Manage the bank’s exposures within approved limits.
  • Work with the BDM Commercial Real Estate to identify new business opportunities in line with the approved risk appetite.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a credit analyst including at least 3 years in commercial real estate and development finance. A relevant degree or equivalent, and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
