Credit Analyst - City of London

The firm:

Our client is an established, and award-winning lender that specialises in providing Bridging and Development Finance to their clients.

As a Credit Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transaction execution, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in real estate finance, with exposure to various aspects of the business and significant development potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications to ensure alignment with funding criteria.
  • Prepare credit memos and review professional reports for financing purposes.
  • Build relationships with institutional funding partners and lead pipeline discussions.
  • Manage transactions from origination to completion, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, including borrowers, brokers, and solicitors.
  • Support internal process improvements by working with our software development team.
