Mortgage Adviser

Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a firm of independent Mortgage & Insurance advisers based in the Aylesbury area. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a self-employed mortgage adviser to join their welcoming and friendly team.

My client is a directly authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Aylesbury, and has been helping a wide variety of customers for a number of years.

• Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies
• Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help make an informed decision
• Maintain strong relationships with all your customers
• Assess customers' financial status, including; income, expenses, assets and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm, have whole-of-market experience and be CeMAP qualified.

• Previous experience providing mortgage and insurance advice
• Whole of market experience (essential)
