Vacancy: MORTGAGE ADVISOR – Financial Services
Location: Paddington, W2
Salary: OTE £70k+ (Subject to ability & performance)
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Mortgage Advisor: This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and practicing Mortgage Advisor to join a busy mortgage brokerage firm with new offices in the Paddington area.
Working alongside the company’s partners, the perfect candidate can take advantage of both hot leads and build an extensive client database.
The successful candidate must have current (or recent) experience as Mortgage or Financial Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and currently have Competent Advisor Status (CAS). You will also be an excellent communicator who has great attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities. You must be able to demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.
More importantly, we are looking for an individual with the vision to move the company forward and build on the current business levels, as well as having the ability to provide exceptional customer care.
In order to apply for this role you MUST have CAS (Competent Advisor Status) and CeMAP (or equivalent qualification) and a strong understanding of the mortgage market. This is not a training role so candidates who are not immediately able to write business will not be considered.
