Mortgage Advisor - London / Hybrid - Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're currently working with a dynamic and client-focused mortgage and financial planning firm based in London who are looking to add a Mortgage Advisor to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience looking to join a modern, forward-thinking business that offers excellent progression and support.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for delivering expert advice across a range of mortgage and protection products, working closely with clients to understand their needs and helping them secure the right solutions. The firm places a real emphasis on quality advice and long-term client relationships, so this role would suit someone who shares those values.

You’ll also have access to a strong flow of leads and be supported by an experienced administrative team, allowing you to focus on doing what you do best — advising.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compliant advice on mortgages and related protection products
Work with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals
Research and recommend suitable products using tools such as Twenty7Tec
Manage the mortgage process from enquiry through to completion
Keep systems and client records up to date
Build long-term relationships and generate referrals

What We're Looking For

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
2-3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
Able to advise on life insurance and protection products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Experience with CRM systems like 360 and Twenty7Tec is a plus
