The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of mortgage experience and be CeMAP qualified.

Responsibilities include providing expert mortgage advice, guiding clients through the application process, and building relationships with clients and lenders.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well established mortgage advisor to set up a new business within an Estate Agency.

My client is a well-established estate agency and they are on the lookout for a customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to help set up a new business within the agency, split between two locations in North London.

The successful candidate will have the ability to convert leads into mortgage sign ups/income.

A chance to run your own company with unlimited earning potential. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team with decades of industry experience.

- Must have at least 1-2 years mortgage experience and be CeMAP qualified.

What you will do:

-Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best deals tailored to their financial needs.-Advise on a wide range of products, including first-time buyer, remortgage, and buy-to-let options.-Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process from start to finish.-Build strong relationships with both clients and lenders.-Keep up-to-date with market trends, lender products, and regulatory changes.-Work closely with the estate agency team to convert leads and provide seamless service.
