Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a nationally recognized Estate Agency in Leytonstone.
The position requires a minimum of CeMap 1 qualification and offers a basic salary between £22,000 and £28,000.
Candidates can be Trainee Advisors or experienced Mortgage Advisors.
The role includes full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
The successful candidate can expect an OTE of £50,000 to £70,000, along with a car allowance and great progression opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Adviser to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency who are looking to add to their team in Leytonstone.

The position will be based in the Leytonstone office, with leads provided from the Estate Agency team. Our clients are seeking a Trainee Advisor or experienced Mortgage Advisor with a minimum CeMap 1 qualification or above.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)

The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

Mortgage and Protection Adviser requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign ups.
Minimum CeMap 1 qualification
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
