To be considered for this role interested candidates must have gained proven Property Credit analysis/operations work experience duties will include:- Performing financial analyses and credit assessments. Checking the accuracy of facility letters to ensure that they reflect the terms sanctioned. Signing off on monthly drawdown requests and reviewing the project monitoring surveyors reports. Participate in monthly Credit meetings. Strong Excel skills are required, any Property development Finance experience would be advantageous.
