Your new companyWe have partnered with a fast-growing workspace company who are currently expanding their finance team in their modern East London offices. They currently have a newly created vacancy for a Credit Controller due to company growth. Your new roleYou will be working in a small knit finance team reporting to the Head of finance. Alongside credit control, there is an opportunity to take on wider finance duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years credit control experience who is looking to expand their finance skills.

  • Responsible for collection of debt via telephone and email. Good telephone manners are essential.
  • Weekly cash flow forecasting
  • Liasing with finance team on disputed accounts
  • Setting credit limits and payment terms
  • Creating customer accounts on a system
  • Overseeing service and utility charge
  • Raising and tracking credit notes
  • Improving the collection and billing processes
  • Opportunity to take on wider finance responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have 1-3 years minimum Credit Control experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Personable individual who can work in a tight-knit finance team
  • Willing to learn and take on more responsibilities
