An FMCG company based in South West London is looking to hire a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a fast-paced finance function the Credit Controller will:
Duties of the Credit Controller Role:
- Build lasting relationships with clients and the internal sales team in order to ensure outstanding monies are paid within previously set KPI's.
- Chase with the client by telephone and email to ensure that any outstanding payments are kept to a minimum.
- Monitor historic payment plans to ensure clients are keeping to agreed terms
- Investigate and feedback and supplier statement queries.
Requirements of the Credit Controller Role:
- At least 2 years experience working within Credit Control
- Previous experience within an FMCG environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good MS Excel skills
