Credit Controller at London-Based University

Position: 5-Month Contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home)

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service for School of University.
  • Provide services to students and other external bodies, requiring responsiveness and high-quality customer service. The role is essential to cash flow management.

Person Specification:

  • A good understanding of the relationship and interface between SITS/SAP and fees debt collection.
  • Experience working in a busy finance environment, preferably in a large, complex organisation or within the education sector.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) skills.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
