Your New RoleAs the new Credit Controller, the individual will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and overseeing the billing and invoice processes. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the digital media industry who is ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact. The position offers a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 1-3 years of experience as a Credit Controller within the media industry.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practices.
- Experience with billing and invoice management.
- Proficiency in Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
- Experience managing a sole ledger of over £2 million with more than 100 accounts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
