KennedyPearce are hiring 2 Credit Controllers on a temporary basis for 4 months. These roles are based in the office, 3 days per week and 2 days from home. We are looking to speak with candidates who are immediate.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound collection calls and send emails to customers with overdue payments (minimum 30 per day). - Collect payments according to agreed immediate terms. - Accurately record customer interactions in Google Sheets and Salesforce. - Reconcile bank accounts daily, logging transactions in Google Sheets. - Update customer balances and payment statuses accordingly. - Generate and send card payment links via Adyen and SecureTrading. - Manage the mailbox, responding promptly to customer queries regarding invoices and payments. - Escalate problematic accounts through appropriate channels. Experience Required:- Previous Credit Control experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with clients and the team. - Excellent attention to detail and advanced Google Sheets skills. - Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
