We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing FinTech company that has business hubs across the world. They produce world class financial software solutions that are successfully used by eCommerce and Tech SME's and FTSE100 global businesses across the world.


Location of the job
Hybrid work - Central London office 3 days a week, remote / work from home 2 days a week option. Ideally London based or willing to commute to London.


Language requirements for the job
Fluency in German and English is essential

Job responsibilities of theGerman speaking Credit Controller
As the German speaking Credit Controller you will maintain relationships with all customers whilst managing payment collections.

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
  • Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections
  • Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms
  • Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.


The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger
  • Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.

Salary, benefits and working hours
29,000 -31,000 + 25% quarterly bonus (approx. 7,500)
