Interim Credit Controller | Rapidly Scaling PR Agency | London

The Client

Harmonic has been approached by an Internationally renowned and Scaling PR Agency to find an Interim Credit Controller on an initial 3-Month assignment, with a high likelihood of this contract being extended or becoming a permanent role. Our has scaled significantly over the past few years through a mix of organic revenue growth and key acquisitions.

Having scaled to circa £10m turnover they now require a skilled credit controller to meet the current demands of aging and bad debts owed to the company. Our client is looking for someone who is not only hard-working, but energetic and enthusiastic, and who can add some much needed value in the Credit Controller department. Our client is proud of their company culture which can be described as vibrant, fun and sociable, whilst also being extremely growth driven and hard working.

The Roles

Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller/Billing Specialist ideally from an agency background. The role with revolve around communicating with clients and suppliers, chasing aged debt and updating the finance system, as well as assisting senior members of the finance team with any ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

Credit Controller

  • Credit Control and confidently chasing aged debt
  • Communicating with Clients
  • Cash Allocation
  • Inputting data into Finance System

Accounts Receivable

  • Transaction Matching
  • Invoice Copying
  • General Administration
  • Assisting the Credit Controllers on chasing bad debts when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Confident and Independent working style
  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller or AR would be a bonus.
  • Enthusiastic personality who is prepared to hit the ground running.

Day Rate £140-£175/day
