Responsibilities:

路 Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.

路 Oversee and support a team of mortgage advisers, fostering growth and performance.

路 Manage and develop relationships with key lead sources.

路 Drive personal and team success by achieving productivity and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

路 CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

路 Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, with a track record of high performance.

路 Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

路 Leadership potential, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams. Having a level of team lead/mentorship experience is desirable.

路 Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

路 Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.

路 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

路 Located within a commutable distance to the London area.
