Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Technical Expertise:Demonstrate a deep understanding of production techniques, equipment, and technologies, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Problem-Solving:Anticipate and address challenges proactively, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
- Financial Management:Manage production budgets effectively, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring profitability.
- Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and permits.
