- Lead efforts for pest control, damp & mould resolution, decluttering, and mechanical & electrical repairs in collaboration with contractors.
- Oversee additional services, including road closures and service adjustments.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project, conducting regular safety checks in collaboration with contractors.
- Prioritise residential safety during ongoing works.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, relocation agreements, and aftercare reports.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and client documentation requirements.
- Assist with additional project activities such as document control, inspections, and resident engagement.
- Attend handover meetings to ensure that all project deliverables are accurately documented, and all snags are addressed.
- Act as the liaison between residents, contractors, and the project team, ensuring regular communication and progress updates.
- Address resident concerns promptly and work to resolve any issues that impact the project or residents' well-being.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or construction management within a residential or property management environment. Experience with resident relocations and engagement is highly desirable, along with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:
