As an Academic Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with students aged 11-18 years in the classroom
- Leading small intervention groups targeting specific, challenging subject areas in all core subjects
- Encouraging individuals to meet their academic targets and monitoring progress across sessions
- Collaborating with Class Teachers to establish the necessary support for each child
There are also opportunities for candidates wishing to pursue a teaching profession to receive salaried Teacher Training, allowing for fantastic career progression!

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- An outgoing and focused graduate with strong academics including Degree (2:1 or 1st Class), A-Levels and GCSEs
- A desire to work with children and improve their learning experience
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable
