- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the BPES programme throughout the academic year including liaising with students and faculty and being the ‘logistical expert’ for all details of the modules
- Assisting with the planning for each new academic year, building on the Programme review and strategy, and proactively working with feeder departments to accommodate and implement changes
- Preparing a Programme Handbook to accurately reflect any agreed changes and modifications to the modules
- Liaising with academics to ensure all up-to-date module and lecturer information are available on the Hub at the start of each term
- Liaising with the Timetabling Team to assist in the set up and management of timetables for the programme
- Monitoring students’ engagement with the online module content and providing operational support for the online modules as necessary
- Managing the allocation of students into groups and assisting with other operational aspects of modules as required
- Monitoring marking turnaround and feedback quality, populating mark sheets and marks booklet, resolving in a timely fashion any peer assessment or late submission issues and publishing distributing feedback and grades to students
- Being responsible for the timely and effective preparation of coursework samples and any relevant programme information or feedback for external examiners
- Minimum 12 months of higher education experience
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
