Swift Education provides industry-leading services for both schools and educators, specialising in supporting quality teachers from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Canada to find long-term and supply work.
Currently operating across London and Surrey, we are primarily looking for a consultant to focus on schools across North, East, or West London.
Established in 2022, we are seeking an experienced, self-driven individual who has been an Education Recuitment Consultant and is looking for more flexibility and autonomy in their work and life.
You will be joining a small but dynamic team as the fourth member and a critical cog in the sales department in terms of future growth.
The role is mostly remote and will appeal to a consultant who has a passion for education, wants to continue working in education recruitment, but is at a stage in life where they desire more autonomy in their work and life.

Essential Experience
- Minimum of two years' experience working as a billing Education Recruitment Consultant in London.
- Proven ability to grow and manage a desk of 100+ days per week.
- Ability to work fully independently in a remote setting.
- Suitable home office space, separate from a common area at home.
- High level of empathy for those who work in education, including both educators and schools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- As we work in a remote setting, we are unable to provide the adequate training required for anyone who doesn't meet these requirements. In 12 months' time, we plan to have an office space, so at this stage, we'd love to hear from you!
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting directly from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, or UK universities.
