We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic entrepreneur to join us as a Programme Coach and share business owner experience to advise others.

As a Visionnaire Start Your Own Business Programme Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative sessions over Microsoft Teams and/or in person. Your role involves teaching, student support, and contributing to the overall success of the programme.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Teach groups using Visionnaire standard training materials.
  • Maintain records and statistical checks related to teaching, including enrolment and attendance records.
  • Act as the main point of reference for students, providing educational and welfare guidance.
  • Assist students in preparing individual action plans and track their progress.
  • Participate in activities to publicize courses.
  • Assist in planning and developing courses and materials.
  • Contribute to employer liaison, maintaining standards, and joint action planning.
  • Provide advice and guidance to prospective students, including participation in enrolment and induction processes

Expectations of the Post Holder:

  • To have a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
  • To currently be running your own business or have relevant industry related experience.
  • Competent IT and keyboard skills and possess the appropriate equipment to deliver over Microsoft Teams
  • Develop effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Operate in line with the College's values and behaviors.
  • Undertake other duties as required for the efficient functioning of the College.
