Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Call Centre Representative for a well-known International Charity based in Camberwell, London. This is a temp to perm contract. This role is in the office every day. This role is for an immediate start. You must be available immediately.
As a Call Centre Representative, you will handle calls from existing and potential donors, answering their questions, processing donations, and providing information about campaigns. You will be a friendly, helpful voice that makes supporters feel appreciated and inspired to continue their contributions.
You will answer incoming calls from donors and supporters, providing excellent customer service, assist donors with queries about their donations, fundraising, or campaigns. You will handle changes to donor accounts, including updating details and managing subscriptions. Express gratitude to donors and ensure they feel valued for their support. Log interactions accurately in the system and escalate complex queries when necessary.
Experience:
Previous customer service, call centre, or charity experience
Excellent communication skills - warm, friendly, and able to engage with people over the phone
Basic IT skills** - ability to use CRM systems to log calls and process donations
