Job Title: Client Service Call Agent

Location: Blackfriars

- Hourly rate: £13 - £14

- Temporary contract: 3 months

- Start Date: ASAP Next week

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients via phone calls, taking the time to understand their needs and discussing services that could benefit them.
  • Utilising your excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and deliver a personalised and memorable experience.
  • Fully trained in the organisation's products and services, you will be able to provide accurate information to clients and address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Making warm calls to potential clients, using your confident phone manner to engage with them and promote the organisation's offerings.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where excellent communication skills were essential.
  • A confident and friendly phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with working in a corporate environment and understanding the expectations of clients in this setting.
