THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a talented Procurement & Commercial Contracts Solicitor who has the capacity to handle a hugely varied caseload comprising of excellent quality work. You will provide a first class service to your clients, including some not-for-profit organisations, and will have extensive, detailed knowledge of commercial contracts pertaining to housing-led regeneration, leisure, energy and education, and will enjoy considerable client contact. You will relish the opportunity to assist in driving forward the business objectives and overall business development of the firm; and will welcome the opportunity to considerably extend your present knowledge base.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3yrs' PQE; Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating various forms of commercial contracts including complex works, services and supply contracts, framework agreements and outsourcing agreements; Strong technical, communication and time-management skills; and A strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
