Working Hours & Schedule

  • You will work 5 days out of 7, across a rotating schedule

  • Opening hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm

    • Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 6pm

  • Monthly rota includes:

    • One full weekend on

    • One full weekend off

    • One Saturday off

    • One Sunday off

The Role - What You'll Be DoingAs a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences over the phone

  • Offer solutions, advice and support to inbound enquiries

  • Work collaboratively with store teams and your manager to meet shared goals

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and quality
