We are currently recruiting for a number of Inbound Call Handlers/Call Centre agents,This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced call centre agent who wants to progress within their career.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls and providing a consistent and consistent customer service
- Dealing with customer queries efficiently
- Effective complaint handling, in line with the company's complaint procedure to ensure fair outcomes
- General administration tasks
The ideal candidate:
- Call centre experience
- Great communication
- Able to work towards KPIs
- IT/Computer Literate
