We are seeking three Customer Service Centre Officers to join Lewisham Council's Customer Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills to support residents across a range of council services.

As a Customer Service Centre Officer, you will handle enquiries related to:Corporate SwitchboardEnvirocallHousing Repairs & Housing NeedsPlanning & Registration ServicesHighways LicensingSocial Media & BSL Calls

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing first-time resolution and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

? Call centre or telephony experience preferred (especially in social housing or housing repairs), but not essential - full training provided!? A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills? Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure? Strong teamwork and communication skills
