You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing first-time resolution and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:? Call centre or telephony experience preferred (especially in social housing or housing repairs), but not essential - full training provided!? A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills? Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure? Strong teamwork and communication skills
