Customer Service Advisor - Beckton

Location: Beckton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Contract: Temporary, ongoing (6 months minimum with potential for extension)
Hourly Rate: 13 per hour

We're excited to be recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Beckton. This role is fully on-site, and we're looking for someone who can offer excellent customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations and process customer orders using SAP (training provided if needed).
  • Efficiently manage incoming purchase orders and ensure they're processed accurately.
  • Handle customer phone calls professionally, providing the best service possible.
  • Produce and send invoices daily as required.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and work towards resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with your team, providing support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage open sales orders and follow up on quotations regularly.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Support the Head of Spares Operations with team goals and tasks.
  • Process customer return requests and liaise with the relevant teams to arrange collection/delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, though training will be provided if you have experience with similar systems.
  • A strong eye for detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
