The Role

Are you a fluent Dutch and/or German speaker with a passion for customer engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned global membership organisation, handling inbound enquiries from potential members.

This is a really lovely role for a bilingual DUTCH/ENGLISH speaker. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries that come from the website of this well-known membership organisation, responding to the enquiry and engaging with the caller over the phone to assess their needs and then offering them membership packages/benefits and price points to consider. There's absolutely no cold calling-your role will focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them towards the best membership option. You'll have the opportunity to up-sell and showcase the value of membership while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to B2B inbound enquiries from the company's website and potential new members
  • Calling interested individuals to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable membership package
  • Explaining membership benefits and pricing structures in a clear, engaging manner (the packages range between £320-£700 per annum)
  • Handling subscription renewals and training-related enquiries
  • Ensuring a seamless sign-up process for new members
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and the company's offerings to provide exceptional service
  • Working in a target-driven environment where customer satisfaction and conversions go hand in hand
What We're Looking For
