You’ll be processing written complaints, dealing with customers and using your excellent knowledge of ABTA regulations and arbitration proceedings to act as a 'point of escalation’ for the team, while mentoring junior members of staff.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in the office

As the Senior Customer Service Executive, you will

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, letter, and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company processes in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome for customers and business.
  • Allocate compensation if appropriate in line with company policy.
  • Act as an internal 'helpdesk’ for other members of the team, contributing your knowledge to support and mentor junior members of staff.

As the Senior Customer Service Executive, you should have:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • At least 12 months experience of written complaints resolution.
  • Knowledge of ABTA regulations and arbitration proceedings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
