We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team in a SaaS company. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating outreach, and generating leads to support the sales team. Based in London, we're looking for someone passionate about sales within the tech industry.

Description

SDR key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential prospects through various channels, including online platforms, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • Conduct outreach to generate interest, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Continuously improve outreach and qualification processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
