You will work in the Commercial Marketing & Digital team supporting major projects with the delivery of the dressing, signage and wayfinding.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong multi project and stakeholder management experience, have a good understanding of brand protection, effective governance, an eye for design, exceptional communication, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good governance across major projects
- Ensure compliance with signage standards
- Attend Weekly Signage meetings with key stakeholders
- Maintain and update dressing, signage, and wayfinding standards as needed
- Take ownership of the Signage & Wayfinding SharePoint.
- Conduct weekly site visits to ensure compliance, stakeholder accountability, and quality control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects (internal/external), including budget oversight
- Experience in managing the full delivery lifecycle of projects
- Understanding of brand standards, with signage and infrastructure experience desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels.
- Fluent English language proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
