Administration and Customer Service Support Executive
Part-time: 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday (20 hours per week)
£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata
London, NW9 - fully office based
The role of Customer Services and Admin Support Officer will be a new hire for this tech company to become part of a growing company. This role will involve talking to with clients, suppliers and the public and providing a first class customer service approach, along with general office administration support.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer service calls
- Support department to categorise service calls on first contact and allocate to the relevant departments
- Managing queries from clients and resolving where possible
- Support the Installations Manager to book Installations and Service Visits with clients
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal colleagues and
- external customers.
- Assist with measuring and improving the processes and procedures, including supporting the development of highly visible KPIs
- Support on general admin duties
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Customer Service / Office management experience, ideally within a supervisory capacity
- Solid administrative skills
- Information collating and reporting
- Computer literate
- Highly organised and able to juggle different tasks
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Have a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
- Customer centric approach to all stakeholder both internal and external
- Take initiative and be a problem solver
- Be ambitious to grow with a growing company
