Your new companyYour new roleOur client, a fast-growing Online Financial Services business based in Central London, are looking to recruit a number of articulate, credible Client Services Associates to join their growing team. Based in a very sociable office and working on a hybrid basis (2 days a week in the office / 3 days from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)! Our client have been established for the last 4 years and, in that time, have grown to an office of over 100 FTE. Within this 100 FTE, there are currently a team of 12 in the Client Services team, whom are responsible for acting as the first point of contact for their client base over the phone, email and live chat. Due to their incredible success/exponential growth, they are now seeking more candidates to join their customer-facing team, and are prepared to move very quickly in hiring the perfect candidate(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls, emails and live chat queries from a dedicated client base - Offering an exceptional service to all clients - Dealing with queries ranging from product/application issues to complaints/escalations - Adopting a 'quality over quantity' approach, ensuring to go the extra mile to ensure 100% client satisfaction In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: - Experience of handling calls/emails in a prior Client Services/Customer Services position - Experience of dealing with queries in a Financial Services/Banking capacity - Articulate, professional telephone manner - Genuine desire to develop/progress (lots of opportunities available!) - Fun, sociable personality In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following: - Discretionary annual bonus (c/15% of basic salary) - Incredible progression opportunities - Hybrid-working policy) only 2 days a week in the office!) - Great working hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm) - Private Medical cover - 28 days' annual leave (+ 8 Bank Holiday days!)
