Our client is looking for a talented Client Services Executive to join their growing team. This role would be a great fit for an individual with great customer facing skills and with customer service experience. The is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Camden office and 1 day a month in Dorking with the Helpdesk. The salary for this role is £26K per annum.About the Company:Our client is a software company that have been delivering business management solutions to over 100 clients for over 20 years, and have a track record in devising cost-effective ways to help organisations engage and manage people. They design people management software which understands the complexities of hospitality businesses, and an EPOS system exclusively for use in the charity retail sector. Their range of products can help reduce costs, increase profitability and are easy to use.They provide HR and Labour scheduling solutions to approximately 250 hotels across the UK and Holland. They have also built the most sophisticated cloud-based charity retail system in the UK, and work with over 100 charities with around 3000 shops.About the Role:The Client Services Executive with work with and support the Client Services Team in all aspects of rolling out EPR Touch to New Clients, management of Clients, general administration and undertake any task assigned ensuring both internal and external clients receive the highest standard of service and client satisfaction is maintained throughout.Key Attributes required for this Role:

  • Confident in speaking with clients over the phone & Face to face.
  • Happy to travel to client locations for training purposes.
  • Follow through on actions and follow up with clients.
  • Timeliness.

Main purposes of Job/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining & ensuring all Demo, Sales & Training Tills are set up/configured/ tested as per Google Client Specification and sent out in a timely manner.
  • To support the Client Services Team with Client activity from supporting Projects with internal administration, configuring, user acceptance testing and sending out of peripherals (Hubs), Training and After Sales support.
  • To work on any projects assigned to the given specification and within the time frames specified. i.e. Functionality releases/ Webinars/Maintenance & updating of User Training Guides & EPR Performance Trackers.
  • To undertake sales research on new potential clients, mystery shopper visits etc.
  • To work on new client project roll outs with the Project Team, setting up and completing all relevant administration tasks, ensure effective communication throughout.
  • To support new client training and Handholding with the shops as part of the hand holding process.
  • To conduct review calls (if required by the client) after each install to see how the shops are doing and deal with any queries and identify and further training needs.
  • To work in the Dorking office at least once a month to learn from the Help Desk environment and to work with the Client Services Managers on client development requests.
  • To manage and develop your own client accounts (this will happen a you build confidence in the role)
  • To assist in general Hardware & Database administration -i.e. Yearly budgets, set up new departments, Purchase Orders/ Order Confirmations etc.
  • There will be additional tasks assigned as required from time to time

Key results/objectives:

  • All kit is maintained to a high standard, is all correct and where it needs to be when required by the Directors or Client Services Managers.
  • Projects are completed to a high standard of work within the time frames given.
  • Training is conducted at a high professional standard and the client is happy with the service provided.
  • Research is conducted, mystery shop visits conducted, new clients sign up to EPR Touch.
  • Clients are happy, accounts managed & the feedback from Clients is that of a consistent high standard.
  • Your personal development targets are achieved.

  • The ideal candidate would be inquisitive and eager to learn.
  • You will ideally be from a customer facing background and are happy to engage with clients from day one.
  • You are confident and are a great communicator!
