We are looking for an impressive Client Support Executive to join a dynamic team providing an exceptional level of customer support within the Insurtech space. The successful candidate will be supporting major Insurance clients to help resolve software issues, track metrics, whilst building excellent client relationships. This opportunity is fully office based in central London with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities

Supporting external and internal stakeholders

Acting as 1 st level of support for clients

Tracking resolution metrics and organising project details

Identifying and prioritising operational issues to ensure client systems work well

Proritising support tickets to appropriate escalation team, acting as first line for trouble shooting

Supporting client success managers in completing projects and testing protocols for product/software releases
Requirements
-
2+ years proven experience in a specialist customer/client support role
-
Support experience with Insurtech products essential

Located in the London area
-
Experience with Jira/Freshdesk or similar

Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
