We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Central London. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role.
Duties include:
- Responding to customer complaints both verbally and written
- Communicating with other departments within the company
- Using initiative to manage and resolve all customer queries
- Providing excellent customer service
